Shipping How long does delivery take? Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after shipping. Processing time is 1–3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, free shipping is available on orders over €65 within France.
Returns What is your return policy? You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Customized and special items cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
